When government increases taxes to increase revenue, it isn't generating profits it is seizing them. It isn't producing it is taking away from those who produce.

So what? Paying taxes is one of the cost of doing businesses just like paying the rent. In turn, the gov't makes sure the electricity gets generated, the trash gets collected, the roads maintained etc.
