This means that the Special Prosecutor was interested in Libby, who had spoken to Cooper. Libby waived any right to claim that his discussions with Cooper should be kept private.

Since Libby is close to Cheney, I should think this means that Cheney, et al, are not too concerned. It might also mean that Libby simply doesn't know anything or that Cooper was going to talk instead of cooling his heels in the hoosegow, so Libby waived any objections rather than wait for the inevitable.

It's going to be disappointing to folks like this:
