I run a small business. I took off a day last week to take my daughter shopping for school.

In my absence this customer comes in and makes a selection and declares that if we would install what he selected by the following Monday he would give us a one thousand dollar bonus. We did and he did.!!

I have been in business 28 years and the largest 'tip' that I had ever received was 200 dollars.

I thought that it would be a great time to share what the Lord had done for me with others so I gave a bonus of 250 to the installer that did the installation, 250 to the person I left in charge while I was gone, 100 to my wife, 200 to my church and I kept 200 for myself.

It turns out that the man was a lottery winner of one of the largest lotterys in the country's history. He has used the winnings to build over 100 churches, he said that winning the lottery completely divided his family, and that he has no privacy. The installation that we did for him was in a cheaply constructed manufactured home out in the middle of a very rural area where he could get some privacy.

I am not positive but I think that his marriage broke up over his winning the lottery and the lady he was with whether it was his wife or not is a very plane Jane type of gal...kind of country....and a lot younger....a lot younger......but they seemed very happy together.....
