20,000 workers at one plant in China. Gives one an idea of the scale of potential demand for energy as that nation continues modernization. This level of growth is simply unprecedented and it is no wonder CNBC analysts just don't get it --hardly anyone does except our own Commander Cricket and others on our Board familiar with the changes taking place there. China's demographic situation is akin to Japan in the 70s boom with massive productive working age population and relatively few elderly and children -leading to a lower dependency ratio and rapid economic growth --yet all the economists on TV want to talk about is the "hard landing" theory. A little learning is a dangerous thing and some of these commentators have truncated educations. They are unprepared to analyze many complex macro issues across nations. Jimmy Rogers is one of the few who can deal with more than a bivariate model --Frank
