Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (“CREW”) requests access under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. §552, et. seq. to any record relating to:
a) any contact between any member or employee of the Executive Office of the
President and any member or representative of Swift Boat Veterans for Truth
(“SBVT”), including but not limited to John E. O’Neill, Weymouth D. Symmes,
Alvin A. Horne and Admiral Roy Hoffman since January 1, 2004;
b) any contact between any member or employee of the Executive Office of the President and SBVT donor Harlan Crow since January 1, 2004;
c) any contact between any member or employee of the Executive Office of the President and SBVT donor Bob J. Perry since January 1, 2004;
d) any contact between any member or employee of the Executive Office of the President and any member, employee, or representative of SBVT donor Paraclete
Armor & Equipment Inc.;
e) any contact between any member or employee of the Executive Office of the President and SBVT public relations consultant Merrie Spaeth or other member,
employee, or representative of Spaeth Communications since January 1, 2004;
f) any contact between any member or employee of the Executive Office of the President and any member, employee, or representative of the political advertising
agency of Stevens Reed Curcio & Poltham since January 1, 2004;
g) any contact between any member or employee of the Executive Office of the President with former Bush-Cheney veterans steering committee member Kenneth Cordier since January 1, 2004;
h) any contact between any member or employee of the Executive Office of the President and any member, employee, or representative of the detective agency of
Rupprath and Associates; and
i) any contact between any member or employee of the Executive Office of the President and any member, employee, or representative of the fundraising organization The McIntosh Company. |
