David, thank you for the post. Have you read the entire Patent? While a few of the aspects certainly appear to be similar, if you analize the overall claim you will discover that Freeney's claim includes many aspects which TSC didn't have - including encryption. Please take a few moments (hours) and study the patent. Then compare all the claims vs. TSC and do a comparison and contrast. Then, let me know if you still think TSC is prior art. Regards, Jose
