There is definitely a saturation in high end San Diego RE market (as in Orange County high end). But Riverside and San Bernardino are still hot. If I were a bull I'd point that "Median Months for Sale" is still low. I'd bet that builder's margins have seen their best as prices are no longer going up and costs of materials are surging.
