TO ALL: I have received quite a few request for Mr. Law's speech and hope that everyone who requested it received it without problems. I received an additional message from Mr. Law in response to a few of the rumors about who sold what and for how much and this is the official word: A total of one million shares, or about 1% of all the outstanding shares, were sold at a price of around $20. Mr. Law himself sold 100,000 shares which would represent around $2 million if my math is correct. I'm beginning to feel like the official spokesperson for IMP, but I'd rather do this than be kept in the dark!
