John Kerry; Obsessed and Unhinged
By Sher Zieve Aug 25, 2004
While multiple Kerry “fear and smear” (Mr. Kerry’s words) ads against President Bush fill the airways, John Kerry is obsessed with having the Swift Boat Vets for Truth ads removed; to the point that he has now sent two of his operatives to President Bush’s Crawford ranch. Kerry’s operatives have been sent to try to force President Bush into having the Swift Vet’s TV ads removed. Seven of Kerry’s Democrat colleagues have signed a “letter” telling President Bush to do so! No surprise, as desperation seems to be rearing its ugly head. Yesterday, on John Stewart’s show, Kerry called President Bush “stubborn”. For Heaven’s sake, Mr. Kerry, your whining has become deafening.
You have become increasingly fanatical and unhinged in your attempts to dishonor your former crewmates, once again. Wasn’t your calling the Viet Nam Vets “baby killers” and purveyors of “atrocities” enough? I guess your recent and frantic phone call to at least one former Swiftie (to cease and desist the ads) didn’t work. You continue to say “Bring It On’ but, when President Bush does, you SCREAM about it. What’s wrong with you? Why do you continue to place yourself in the role of “victim”? Do your supporters welcome and rally around that portrayal? You have collected over $20MM from George Soros, alone, to promote your hate ads against the President. The Swifties’ ads cost a fraction of that. If the Swifties ads are false, address the issue and let the voters decide whose telling the truth. Don’t try to suppress and censor the ads and the book Unfit For Command. You have the entire “mainstream media” willing and able to do your bidding.
Yet another element (in addition to Mr. Kerry’s false claims of his “Christmas in Cambodia”) has now been placed into play. His campaign has allegedly said that it’s ‘possible Kerry’s first Purple Heart was awarded for a self-inflicted wound’ incurred on 12/2/68; supported by Kerry’s own journal entry made 9 days later where he stated that he and his crew “hadn’t been shot at yet”. And now, in regards to the upcoming debates with President Bush, Kerry is saying that the President is a powerful debater; in an attempt to lower expectations for his own (upcoming) performance.
Egads, Mr. Kerry! If you are as weak as you have shown (and continue to show) yourself to be, how do you plan to handle the most powerful position in the world? People don’t want a President for whom they have to feel sorry. That’s a death sentence for the nation. Either show some strength or get out of the battle. That would be the honorable and ethical thing to do. |
