Might the revised decline for June suggest that this months numbers are worse than they appear - bad as they are? I agree that this is a lot of "manipulative horse sh*t."!! If a good portion of the "6% miss" for June really is attributable to July, then what does that say about housing right now? Ugly. Toll Brothers at the upper end of the price range on houses might mean this segment is still okay. Because of the Bush tax give backs it should be. steve
