Yup, seems like the left is entering the slime pool of the Rove-ites. Everyone says that negative ads work, and the left is tired of Rove always using dirty tactics to win (witness McCain and Cleland). I think the Republican Convention is going to be a major confrontation, as in Chicago 68. Will make for lousy politics, but great cable TV coverage...
