Word has it that this week it will be #1. Barnes & Noble and Borders people are complaining that customers (the conservative ones I guess) are getting "ugly" because they can't get copies of the book on the shelves fast enough and they're accusing the B&N and Borders people of keeping it off the shelves deliberately. Noooooooooooooooo -(would they do that?) Just last week the Barnes & Nobel website removed the letters UN from the title and replaced the black and white photo of Kerry with a happy, stylishly coiffed Kerry. When the Bush campaign contacted the B&N people, the B&N people "hadn't a clue as to how this could have happened" but immediately replaced their version of the book with the actual book. That's why I shop at WALDEN books but not at Amazon.com -- the latter has outsourced American jobs to India.>>>
