(And his funding to promote Capitalism, Democracy, and Free Markets in former Communist countries likely is in the Billion $ plus range now... not merely 'hundreds of millions'.)

He stepped up to the plate to fund efforts at keeping nuclear material out of the hands of terrorists, when Bush cut funding for the Sam Nunn-established program.)

He's done a Hell of a lot MORE GOOD with his riches then your average Billionaire!
