Those Swiftboats were attacked on Sept 12 & sustained broken windows from enemy fire. This was the day before the Rassman incident. The crews & officers from all other boats involved, other than Kerry's crew & his passenger Rassman, state there was NO enemy fire. The #3 boat was only one to sustain damage from water mine on Sept 13--other damage occurred on Sept 12. Who was responsible for submitting the action report??
If the other Swifties knew John Kerry was planning some day in the future to run for POTUS, they would have been on him like white on rice when he submitted action reports about these incidents.
