For your information, we have Governor Socrates' full support for the Palawan cement project. In fact, Governor Socrates not only gave us a personal letter of transmittal as we submitted the EIS to the DENR, he also assigned his personal secretary to help us prepare the full package for the DENR. All legal issues have been fully addressed. Although the NGO's keep raising the "legal issues" argument, Fenway has fully addressed all legal concerns that have been raised. We believe there are no outstanding or unresolved legal issues.
