" But Ginsberg says the group came to him only for advice on how to properly follow the wretched disaster known as the McCain-Feingold campaign finance legislation. "..

They had a meeting.....

Issues were addressed...

But what those issues were and what was discussed will not be known unless there is a manuscript or tape.

Barring the submission either of these, the merits of the case goes simply to the reality of their meeting at all.

There's the rub...

When a member of Al'Q was reported to have met with an Iraqi agent in Prague,it was considered a given that such a meeting had an intent of harm, and the conclusion was that SH was indeed tied to AQ.Then the bombing began.

The fact that THAT meeting didn't take place at all is just a trivial matter now.

The fact that this meeting took place is not, first of all because we all know for sure the meeting DID take place between someone working for the President and a group who has distanced itself by its legal definition as a numbered independent entity.

Kerry is about to show the RhineStoned Cowboy what the law means...

HAR!
