Everybody knows about the situation with the attorneys advising MoveOn as well as Kerry. But they are not saying anything because that is not illegal.

But the Bush campaign is feeling the backlash because 4 of those people appearing in the ad have admitted that they made their claim from mere hearsay. Still another withdrew saying he was lied to into signing the affidavit. So they are feeling the backlash and they are now trying to save the boat from sinking. The Kerry campaign is not going to let it go away that easily. They have been emboldened and they are going to go for the final kill with the BUsh camppaign.
