i did not note the article, but about two days ago i was reading that china's oil consumption is forecasted (by somebody or some agency) in the double digit range for years. that is what i recall from memory. next time i run across an article like that, i will post it here. actually i may have read the article on the bdbbr or maybe cwei or some board like that.
