IMO, you guys are making too much of a stink about Kerry's testimony and the perceived betrayal of the veterans.

The Swift Vet's story that Kerry promoted his medals and lied about his service over there is being proved to be factual. Two of the charges, Cambodia and the first Purple heart, are done in by Kerry's Biography and his own statements over the years. The Swift Vets have just put the spotlight on them.

What we are following is the fascinating story of the media's attempt to spike, dodge, and distort the story. Plus the political effect of all this.

This is the most outstanding incident I have ever seen in a political campaign. It is unfolding like watching Woodward and Bernstein in "All the Presidents Men."

Only, in this case, the papers are doing the opposite. Covering up the story.
