Off hand, I would say that if you really think it is unconstitutional, you should not vote for it or sign it. On the other hand, if it is valid law, you have a duty to execute it, whether you agree with it or not. In other words, you are not obliged to sign it, but once signed and confirmed in court challenges, it is the law of the land. However, if you have any doubt about substituting your judgment for that of the Supreme Court, in addressing the issue, it is permissible to pass the buck.......
