Sen. Max Cleland on CNN now for a short interview. He mentioned that the letter he took to Bush's ranch yesterday was signed by nine Senators who served honorably in Vietnam. He also said that Senator McCain is meeting with Bush in private this week to request him to not take this nation through the heartache of Vietnam through the Swiftboat ads and that as Commander-in-Chief he should denounce the ad.

I realize that we need to respect the office of the Presidency but we do not have to respect the personality of any particular person who holds that office. In light of Bush's action yesterday, I will take the liberty to state that Bush is a axehole. He insulted the veterans and we do not need him as President anymore.
