If you define "atrocities" as participating in free fire zones ordered by his superiors, yes, he and others did that. The free fire zone designation by John Kerry's superiors did not include orders giving John Kerry the right to kill non-combatants indiscriminantly. Nor did the designation authorize John Kerry to personally torch private homes. Those acts, admitted to by Kerry, are atrocities of war. Have you read the Geneva Convention?
