National politics is actually a pretty small world. Conservatives run with conservatives, liberals run with liberals, I'm not running with anybody. I think you're right. Personally I have no party affiliation. Registered to vote with no party affiliation. However this year I am supporting Kerry, because I don't like the way that Bush responded to the war on terror, nor his ill timed and ill planned foray into Iraq. I also disagree with the free wheeling spending going on in Congress which is controlled by the republicans. Discretionary spending is out of control and pork is the watch word of the day...all the while deficits rise and the dollar falls. Orca
