Folders will be empty and getting slowly populated on Dev for a while.

Also, most of my work this week has been in addressing the fact that a very low percentage of this site's users have activated/verified their accounts on Dev.

Because of that, I'm working on a routine I can run here that'll check for Dev activation and if it hasn't occurred, pop open a new window that'll prompt the user to log in. Since I'm using encryption/decryption to communicate between the two sites for this, I'll be able to show the user what their loginID and password is in case they've forgotten (because they use the cookie) or they know their real password but Dev doesn't because of the encrypted way GNET/INSP decided they wanted to store passwords.

It's still going to take a while to finish this partly because it's not easy and partly because I have to be extra careful since I'm dealing with the display of login info. We've been hammering on it to make sure we can't reveal login info that doesn't belong to us, but we're understandably going to be as paranoid as possible on this one.

We're having to do this because so few people (only a few thousand) have activated their Dev accounts, and the last thing we need is to throw the switch and have Dave get flooded with "I can't log in" emails with no way to verify account ownership since we don't have the email addresses from which the accounts were created.
