Kirk, even here your analysis has issues. Assuming the article posted on this thread is correct, Chambers last sale before Nov 2003 was Feb 1999.

Feb 1999 was about the same time (was either Q1-99 or Q1-98) as my last csco buy before the boom took csco to unbelievable heights. After it dropped, I started my buying again, but only after sitting on the sidelines for so long during the boom watching it go up then down. He would have been better off selling csco during its peak around Dec 2000, than Feb 1999 or Nov 2003.

He comes across as a contrarian indicator.
