The apology should go like this. We are truely sorry the Navy ever accepted a known conscientious objector into the Naval Service. We are truely sorry that John Kerry decided to put his own self promotion and conscientious objector ideas ahead of the U.S. public and Vietnam Veterans. We are sorry that Kerry used his medals for personal political gain and continues to do so today.
