Oh, I had a client with one of those films before. The insurance adjuster showed it to me shortly before trial. I wish he'd shown it sooner, so I could have gotten out.

Client forced me to go to trial but midway I finally persuaded her to nonsuit and refile later.

Virginia lets you nonsuit once without prejudice.

Film showed her doing things like reaching behind seat of one door car despite "severe damage to cervical and lumbar spine." She moved like a ballerina on film.
