OMNI -- I blew out a small amount of my position in this at the open, but held the rest. It is disconcerting that the company let itself get painted into the corner like it has, with the late 10Q filing causing the Registration Statement to no longer be effective, which is a technical default on the convertibles, yada yada yada. Then in their PR for the quarter they do not mention this situation, which gives me no comfort that they have any way to deal with it. I'm gettin' too old for messin' with this stuff, will think about what I'm gonna do with the rest tomorrow.
