What is the source of info? How reliable is it? One thing that is likely to raise Bush's ratings is the capture of Osama ben Laden, dead or alive, between now and November 2nd. Another is an attack --- any attack that may or may not be carried out by Al-Qaeda. The attack need not produce casualties. Just one helluva scare will do. I will not be surprised if some American "crazies" will carry out an "attack" in a desperate bid to help Dubya. But whether any or all the dirty tricks will produce the desired result remain to be seen.
