BOSTQ?

I mean, in the september, october lull stocks tend to get cheaper, sometimes by dramatic amounts, in particular if the chart suggests additional downside. But then a SEC investigation or suspension and the subsequent drop of a stock has often created a buying opportunity in the immediate past, see HLSH, VAPH and also STKR and others which i do not recount at the moment. But if you suggest fundamental issues exist, ... then i would rather short it even if it is trading above prices seen in 2000.
