Hi Tom,

I sold my last at 1.16. I just couldn't see how they could pay off Kuhne given that they can't raise money from anyone but vultures. At the time I thought that WF10 results might still be the saviour. Now that the results have been released and were a disaster, I just don't see why anyone would own DMX. I also don't see why the so called MMC would be interested in running it unless they plan to issue themselves a huge number of shares at rock bottom prices. Pennsaid is a great product but it's just too late. I think it's exactly the same situation as Air Canada. For some reason AC shares continued to trade at 1.00 long after the company said they were worthless. Now they've been de-listed. The new Air Canada owners can still make a lot of money and perhaps new DMX owners will too after the re-organization but current DMX owners still have 30 cents a share to lose.
