Ted, Its can be found at your public library or its for sale on Amazon.
I haven't checked my local library, but on Amazon.com, it's listed for the low, low price of $2,475.00. ;-)
That obviously shows that there is high demand for this book. Kerry can easily allow the publisher to reprint this book and make a small fortune doing so. It should be obvious why Kerry isn't, and it's not just because he's supposedly a changed man, nor is it because he wants it to become a collector's item.
Really, Ten, are you this partisan? The real stuff, Kerry's testimony in front of Congress, is just a link away but instead you complain ad nauseum about the fact that Kerry's book costs too much.......a book that one reviewer said was essentially a picture book that had little of Kerry's words in it.
Do you honestly believe you are making a substantive point, and if so, what is it? I mean if you want I could go on forever about how big Bush's ears are and how decidedly obnoxious his smirk is. However, I am unclear what that would accomplish.
