He's blown the economy He's done pretty well here, and most of those who say he has blown it would back "remedies" that would make things worse. blown the budget Here you have something of a point. "Blown" might imply worse then what he has done but he has done poorly. blown Iraq; blown Afghanistan No blown our alliances Not really. A period of disagreement with some of our allies is hardly having "blown our alliances", and in any case the other side of the issue is as responsible for these disagreements as Bush is. blown any chance of some kind of relationship with the Muslims for the foreseeable future Hardly. and essentially made the US one of the most hated nations in the world Most of those who truly hate us now, hated us before. the major media in the country were mute. They where not. Even the conservative media didn't give him a free pass, and the liberal side of the media has been criticising him since before Iraq. Tim
