four months before the 9/11 attacks, the Bush administration handed $43 million to that same Taliban, to aid their efforts to eradicate opium growing, knowing full well they harbored Osama Bin Laden. That's $43 million of our money - the taxpayers - handed to the regime that harbored a terrorist who was known to have killed American diplomats, and murdered sailors aboard the USS Cole three weeks before the 2000 elections, a mere 6 months before he handed them that cash. So who funded Al Qaeda? To a shocking degree, shrub did.
