I don't get it. When I tried to use my IE 4.0 on my new ISP (Earthlink) at home, everything went crazy, and now I can't even initialize IE 4.0. So screw it, I used the Netscape Navigator that was included in my ISP's software CD. Guess what? The navigator and mail program completely configured themselves to Earthlink, and worked like a charm. Then I installed the ISP software on my computer at work, and guess what? BOTH IE 4.0 and the Navigator work on my new provider, with no problem. The E-mail programs both work on their own networks with no problem. I can't figure it out. The IE that I have at work and at home are both 4.0. The only difference is that the one at work doesn't have the Internet Mail icon to the far right on the explorer tool bar. Maybe that was a difference from set up, who knows. But my IE system at home is so messed up, I will have to do a complete restore on my computer, and reset all the parameters to factory, and start again. Big deal, in two months it will be my second computer anyway. Going for the "Big Dog" 266mhz from Sony. Also going to Q+. Derek, you were way before your time. <g>
