I did own one at one time. A new alternator cost me $600.00 and I traded it. The Lord has blessed me however, and as His word says. Seek first the kingdom of God and all these 'things' ( meaning material blessing ) shall be added unto you. I truly believe that if I really wanted a new one the Lord would provide it for me, however I really do not want one. I drive a 97 Explorer with 100 k miles on it. I was parked next to a construction site yesterday and the paint drift landed on my vehicle. The construction superintendent came over and asked me is I would like to file a claim with his company. I looked at the very minor damage and told him to forget it. I said in the long run it's just not that important. He thanked me and left...as he left I heard him say 'not too many like him'.
