Kirk, my point still holds: Your post with the negative judgment on the use of stock options as compensation, lacked a complete analysis. It was a judgment based upon an incomplete picture. You only focused on options, not on the entire picture of salary, bonus and options. My most recent post is about their lack of holding and the variableness in their sales, not about compensation allotments, nor was it an invalidation of the use of options. In fact, with a few minor tweeks in rule changes, Cisco could improve things here, and continue to maximize the benefits of the employer's use of options. Regards, Amy J
