Hi Margaret. As soon as Intel goes to 120, I will purchase another whole package from CPQ or Dell. I will have to see at the time who gives better customer service. I understand that CPQ will give you a replacement while the cpt. is worked on, but I might not have the whole story. I don't know, maybe it was the Msft download. I might give it another try this weekend, better not do it during the week though. I will see how Paul likes the navigator 4.01 before he leaves. I did not like the 3.01 version. Paul will know in another week how it keeps up. I am getting lazy when it comes to downlading. Intel is sure acting lousy. Sonny
