I said WOT comprabable to WW2. An attempt at an Iraq success is now part of that although to be fair it is not essential and is far from certain.
As far as the iraq war goes, if i(and the rest of the world) knew now what i knew then, iraq should have been left alone. But we didnt. And if i knew now about the lack of skill this administration approached the post war period with, i also would not have been for it unless the post war policy was more real. But we are where we are. I proposed in an earlier post that we should set and exit date and that would get the divergent iraqi groups off their arses and that they would have greater incentive to deal with their problems rather than deal with their rhetoric. Wondered what you think. I would set the date 9 months or so out. Mike
