I see factcheck confirmed Kerry wanted to cut intlligence spending in 1994 and 1995 and that Democratic leaders in the Senate publicly criticized the plans. Thanks. They also make a few excuses for Kerry - calculating the percent ot the smaller 1995 cut proposal (but not the larger 1994 proposal), arguing that an intelligence agency had a slush fund. Maybe they're not quite as even handed as they claim.
