Actually, with the razzor-edge balance between the Parties nationally ('Red/Blue', etc.), and the VERY NATURAL PROPENSITY for any Party in power to lose a little when next up to bat (Re: the turn to a Republican House in Clinton's by-election, etc., etc.) I think the Odds are FAR GREATER for divided government (then for any 'sentiment change' that would vote out all the deficit-spenders in Washington --- especially since Congressional reelection rates hover around 95%!)
