I strongly disagree with Hackworth. He mentions hundreds of thousands of viet vets felt the same as Kerry upon returning home. That's true but Kerry was the only one that falsely uttered a long list of atrocities in a national forum, that in effect accused all Vietnam vets of committing daily atrocities. John Kerry enumerated those atrocities in order to win an election. It was all about him and his personal goals. What is he saying this time that's false in order to win another election? More importantly how could he gain the trust of the American military as Commander in Chief? He could not gain their confidence, therefore he's unfit for command.
