First of all, Mr. Class Envy...that money belonged to the rich to begin with, so how does the THE GOVERNMENT give that money to them? Ohhhhhhh, I see, you mean the THE GOVERNMENT doesn't take as much as you like so Dipy can play on the internet all day.
