i found this release that sheds a little info on what prof. nowotny is working on with titanium oxide materials. nothing quantitative have i found yet. i am still looking around for some scientific journal papers on this stuff. i hope it has a chance of working, but it sounds like there are years of work and huge $$ needed even if this reaction works. so far i have not found a description of what the reaction mechanism is. maybe some of those japanese guys' papers will show that. the japanese guys are said to have invented or discovered this chemical reaction. i remain skeptical but hopeful.
