i am saying that loppy basically deserted his men and left viet-nam 8 months short of a full 12 month tour, but got credit for a 12 month tour.... 2,500,000 military served in RVN. do you know anyone who left there after being in country for 8 months and got credit for a full tour. exception would be medevac, kia. so far loppy is the only name that pops up on the list and he only was there for 4 months before he left his men and returned to the United States for a plum assignment......
