hey Steve, you aren't the first one who has tried to trip me up.... LOL... sure we had some people for reasons good, bad or favoritism who managed to exit the in-country tour early, but they didn't get credit for a full tour. this means if they stayed in the military there were eligible for an immediate return to Viet-Nam if their speciality or branch came up for levy.... and if you find a military veteran who served less than 8 months in country and received credit for a full tour, please let me know.... remember you have a population of 2,500,000 Viet-Nam veterans out there.... in loppy's case, he didn't have to worry about it, because he got credit for a full tour...... after being in country for 4 months...., but thanks for making me think a bit... lol
