(any body know the bandgap energy of titanium dioxide in electron volts?) nowotny's and sorrell's research interests and some papers. looks like the last two may lead to others. looks like he has done some books. looks like nowotny's daughter(?) is doing a postdoc in this titanium field. in the fifth link from the sydney morning herald at the bottom there is a picture link to click on that shows what looks like electrolysis and maybe the hydrogen is moving a propeller(??). there is no caption.
