Despite the heavy sarcasm, I bet you'd have made more money
over those years just holding on to some of your good picks. Or
maybe just buying the Vanguard Index 500 fund those many years
ago and letting it ride. But I know you were way too smart and wily
for that strategy.

A friend of mine made 100% on WAG the past year, and never
did anything but buy and forget.

I've tried short term trading, and I think it puts you at a disadvantage,
while it's a lot easier seeing a value situation or good management
and letting them do all the work for you.

And it's more profitable in the long run I think because I've noticed
short term trades tend to break even between the profitable trades
and losing trades. But then again I'm not nearly the market maven
that you obviously are.
