Jim and all, are SNDK's flash memories mainly for digital cameras? What other areas do they use this for? I have seen the digital cameras and I personally think they are useless to me. Why would I want a digital camera when pictures are to show other people,and the nature of a personal computer does not allow this. It would be a lot easier for me to scan any picture I would want to e-mail. Also my friend goes one step further,he has a camcorder hooked up to his computer,and an intel video conferencing board,and talks to people using a video phone. Also I know people that recieved a digital camera last year and had to return it due to an inability to use it(they are technically savvy people). We have a dark room,and I enjoy enlarging pictures,and do not think that digital cameras will sell well this year or next,until they improve the technology. So the stock was up today mainly on the CEO on CNBC,because the royalty news was out last week. It seems the people buying today and momentum nitwits. I think SNDK is a good company,but news hype is just that. I do not onw this stock,just came buy to comment on the foolishness of Wall street,and how news,no matter how belated,will drive these people into a spasm of foolish frenzy(this is not for long term holders).
