it was probably signed by an "autopen", just like that personal letter you got from your Congressional representative. The text probably came from a staffer. Big controversy! I don't care who signed it. It is a phony citation for a Silver Star. All I know is the man whose signature block is on it did not sign it. The words are changed to favor Kerry and Kerry is using the phony certificate to promote himself. This is no controversy...not to veterans. Hang around. There is more coming...lots more and from sources that will shock you including the POW wives.
